More Running

I've been down with a cold most of today, but I've got a job to do! Andy ran for an indeterminate amount of time and an indeterminate distance - and I've got to outdo him! Oh no, I will not be content with my single mile ran. This evening I've continued the gains and ran 1.4 miles in just under 15 minutes at 5.6 miles per hour. Andy says he ran for twenty minutes, but alas - he walked most of that. Boo him! Get on that thing and run it!
Oh, and what's this? A crappy song dedicated to Babbles and a cover of one of my favorite Matt Nathanson songs have shown up on my caturday server. My, who knew that Garage Band could be so much fun?
