Brits FTW!

Ah, the drama continues. It appears that the British Health Protection Agency agrees that Wi-Fi is not a danger to humanity as we know it.
The Health Protection Agency has said that sitting in a wi-fi hotspot for a year results in receiving the same dose of radio waves as making a 20-minute mobile phone call.
He added: "Radio waves (wi-fi) and other non-ionising radiations have been part of our lives for a century or more and if such effects were occurring then damage or other untoward effects would have been recorded and studied. So, there we are. The Brits in all their omnipotent bureaucratic have dubbed Wi-Fi as less dangerous than a mobile phone. I think that the screaming memes have given up on mobile phones being the harbinger of death, so hopefully this will silence them.

As long as you don't use Wi-Fi in your car whilest driving. Cell phone distraction in cars causes around 2,600 deaths and 330,000 injuries in the United States every year.
I've been thinking about taking my blog and transferring it to a new website/server where I can force Tiegs to start making his webcomic again and post my own creative crap. Any suggestions on buying a domain name or finding hosting (Other than that it's not worth my time and effort)?

I highly recommend dyndns for domain registration. I've been using them for over seven years now and have had no issues.
As to hosting, Joyent is highly regarded in the Ruby on Rails community. Other than that, I can't really recommend anything because I've never used outside hosting companies.

Great. A webcomic that can fail just as badly as the last one! This time I'll probably have to make Jordan into a character, which would inevitably result in babbles being comicified.
Draz 2007/05/21
How about you just skip the first part and make a webcomic entirely about Babbles?
Jordan T. Cox 2007/05/21
"Everybody knows, it's Babbles!"

That's the best idea I've heard all day.

I hope Draz is getting on this, as it seems blargh the web is down... or blocking Polish ISPs

It is up from here. Clearly you are made of fail and pole.
Draz 2007/05/23
It's still up. Not sure why it won't let you visit. Whatever the problem is, I have no way of fixing it.
