Tasty Wings!

So, my Dad always made these stupendous floured chicken wings that I devoured by the dozen. They were so fricking good, but I haven't really explored the joys of the oven until lately. Well, I have decoded and figured out some of the most fantabulously tasty, easy and heart-attack-ensuring wings on the planet. Ready?

  • Bake the wings according to the packages directions.
  • Combine about
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
    • Cayenne pepper to taste (I like 1/2 tablespoon).
  • Drag the wings through some egg or milk and then through the flour mixture. Coat well!
  • Fry them in a pan with butter or oil until the outside changes color and is no longer white from the flour
  • Pop back into the oven for about 3 minutes until crispy
  • Serve by themselves or with some tasty buffalo sauce and bleu cheese

Now THAT sounds like a tasty treat. Jordan, do your parents still need our service? We can resurvey them with our new glorious tower.

Jordan T. Cox

Jesse, I'm not entirely sure. I'd have to ask them again. My boss, however, who lives at the outskirts of Becker has been interested in your service for awhile. Is there any chance that your new tower covers Becker (He's near the intersection of 25 and 10 if that means anything to you)? He'll probably be emailing you in a bit, since I mentioned your new tower to him.

Jordan T. Cox

You know... I'm still interested in getting service. :) I can see the Becker smoke-stacks from here.

Jesse

Jordan...we cover Becker great! Thanks for the business. Your apartment might be good to go if you can see the stacks. I would have to coordinate a time for a tech to come out when you are home, however.

Jesse, sounds wonderful! My Spring Break is next week, and that would be a perfect time to schedule someone to come out. Where do you guys have your new tower? I used to live in Becker, so landmarks work well for me.

That's an amazing distance for the wave to travel. Out of curiosity, do you have numbers as to how far it can travel while retaining the signal?

Jesse

Just let me know the date and I will schedule a site survey/install for you ( 9:00 am or 1:00 pm). When the tech comes out he will test for signal and if it works he will install it on the spot. That is usually how we do it in apartments.
To your question. The distance it can travel is based an, primarily, height. We are broadcasting now from a tower that is the largest in the state at 1500 feet. It is just north of Big Lake, but it can be seen all the way past St. Cloud going on Highway 10. We are actually the first company to broadcast from that height in the world. We are making a little news with it too.

Impressive distance!
