What's Your Favorite Dish?

As I cooked up my dinner tonight and reveled in the delicious smells; I couldn't help but wonder... what's the favorite dish of my readers? You know, David, James, Jesse... what is your favorite dish? Now... one caveat... I don't want to know your favorite dish from a restaurant. I want to know your favorite dish that you, your spouse, your parental unit or your grandparental unit make. Share your yummy stories!
Me; my favorite has just changed. I made my new favorite dish tonight... Chicken + Tomatoes + Garlic + a little alfredo sauce (just enough to coat the chicken) + basil. I add all that to a heaping side of Basmati rice and I'm in heaven. Yum!

Wow. I have been putting too much thought into this one. My wife makes amazing Tequila Lime Chicken and always seems to come with a cold beer. My Mom makes wonderful glazed salmon on the grill. I am a grill guy I guess.

@Jesse: Ooooh. Tequila Lime Chicken... sounds quite tasty. I have to say that I've never had it before, but will certainly be trying it myself now! Anything made with alcohol is better! Salmon's also a good favorite around my house; though living in an ap't precludes grilling so I either fry it or use the broiler. What do you use for a glaze? I always use lemon juice, butter, salt and pepper to make my salmon extra tasty.
@David: No. Unless it doesn't come in a box, Mac'N'Cheese doesn't count. You'll (or your wife'll) have to be learning the chef'ing skills with a new baby on the way! Don't want him/her growing up on Mac'N'Cheese - do you?
