Well here they are. I promised that I would take shots. :) Obviously this is test data, so don't judge me for sale of religious icons!

very nice man. i like it visually and from what i can tell, functionality seems to be there as well :) the only thing that I would maybe touch up on visually is the "activity listing". Maybe separate the form on top more visually from the bottom part. different color background would probably look best. or maybe even just a border or divider of sorts.
but what am i saying. as long as you like it :) good job man.

Good idea with the background color! I like it! I've been trying to figure out how to set that out for awhile now.
